The best time to visit the Taj Mahal is during sunrise (gates open at 6 AM) when the crowds are thinner and the lighting is perfect for photography. October to March offers the most pleasant weather. The monument is closed on Fridays for prayers. Summer months (April-June) can be extremely hot, while monsoon season (July-September) is humid but showcases the gardens at their greenest.

Entry fees vary for domestic and foreign tourists. Still photography is allowed inside the Taj Mahal, but video cameras and tripods are not permitted. Photography is prohibited inside the main mausoleum. Our package includes all entry fees, and our guides will assist with photography guidelines and the best photo spots.

Dress modestly when visiting the Taj Mahal and other monuments. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Comfortable walking shoes are essential as you'll be walking on marble surfaces. Bright colors work well for photos. You'll need to remove shoes when entering the main mausoleum (shoe covers are provided), so wear easily removable footwear.

Items not allowed include: food, tobacco products, lighters/matches, tripods, large bags, books, electrical items (except cameras and phones), and drones. Only small purses, transparent water bottles, and essential items are permitted. Lockers are available at the entrance. Our guides will inform you about the latest security guidelines before the visit.
